Collaborating online is easy and efficient. I provide an electronic markup and deliver files in your preferred format (.doc .wpd .rtf .pdf .txt and others), giving you a paper trail of all edits and a clean file ready to send to design.
Large design and graphic files (.psd .qxd .pdf .tif) can be posted to and retrieved from my web disk. I can be reached easily by e-mail and phone and am happy to initiate all long-distance calls. Some of my long-distance projects include the following.
Seoul–Washington: Managed a publication for an international NGO in Seoul, working with a Washington-based graphic designer.
Seoul–Ottawa: Edited a series of market briefs from Seoul for ITCan in Ottawa.
Toronto–Kiev: Was web-editor in Toronto for an online magazine based in Kiev.
Ottawa–Winnipeg: Worked closely from Ottawa with a Winnipeg novelist on the draft of her latest novel.
Ottawa–Princeton: Worked from Ottawa as content editor for online educational publisher in Princeton. Skyped daily with Princeton staff.
